03. WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME TO START?
After our agreement is in place, we will ask that you provide us with specific information in order for us to kick into gear. We always start with a strategy discussion first, you will receive a list of questions and required documents from us before this meeting. It will help you (and us) save time, get the basics behind us so that we can move on to the important stuff.
What are the typical documents we ask for? Your brand guidelines, logo/s, vision and mission (don’t worry of these are informal, we want to hear your thoughts, it’s not about the design of what you have currently, that is why we are here after all!) and if we do your website, we will ask for access and content to your existing documentation.
04. WHY DO WE NEED A STRATEGY PLANNING SESSION?
We care about the details – how many people are going to use your website, look at your content, how successful the project is that we are doing for you. Will it lead to driving leads for your business? If we don’t start with the strategy, we will fail at everything else we do onwards.
