Rich in history
The Ford community is a long-standing family neighbourhood, which encompasses the Southeastern corner of Oakville, between Winston Churchill Boulevard and Maple Grove Drive.
Lakefront views
The community was established in the ’60s and ’70s and is known for its lakefront properties, with a mix of traditional family homes and new construction, with exceptional schools nearby.
At one time this area was known as Joshua Creek! Today the “new” Joshua Creek is located in North East Oakville near Dundas St. and Ninth Line.
Neighbourhood
This area is close to Oakville’s Ford Plant, the community’s namesake. Plenty of parks and trails are scattered throughout for the use and enjoyment of the residents.
Ford Drive provides commuters quick access to the QEW and other major highways and an easy twenty-minute commute to Union Station by Go Train.
