We’re not going to make any guarantees about being hacked. However, the practices we have in place reduce it greatly and if you combine them with a strong password as well as proper security configurations on your site – like creating unique passwords for each service or program used across all platforms where there are potential compromise possibilities- this will help in securing your site as best possible.
02. CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?
A 30 day cancellation will be applicable.
03. WHAT CAN THE SUPPORT TIME BE USED FOR?
You can use your time for content updates, design tweaks and bug fixing or just getting extra advice. Overages are charged at standard rate.

Support minutes are NOT rolled over to the next month.

65. DO YOU UPDATE & MAINTAIN WEBSITES NOT HOSTED BY YOU?
Should your website be on a server of your choice, we will update the plugins and ensure backups are set up and running smoothly. However, we will not contact your hosting support company on your behalf or deal with any support related to the hosting of your website. We will also not be able to provide a re-install from your backup is it not hosted by Dezines’ preferred hosting company.
